G. Newmyer III)<\/strong>\u00a0founded U.S. Fiduciary Advisors in 1999 and continues as a director. \u00a0He began his career in real estate syndication and development during the early 1970\u2019s, followed by 20 years at Newmyer Associates, Inc., developing public affairs strategy for clients. \u00a0He currently serves as a professional fiduciary, director, investor, and consultant.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Newmyer was a founding independent director of the billion dollar Thornburg Limited Term Municipal Fund, where he chaired the audit committee. \u00a0He was also a founding member of the board of The Economic Club of Washington. He is currently on the board of several privately-held companies in which he is an active investor. Within the nonprofit sector, Terry headed the management team for the National Conference on Citizenship, a congressionally-chartered organization active in fostering our nation\u2019s civic engagement renewal, and served as founding chairman of The Fair Care Foundation, a patient advocacy\u00a0group focused on health insurance. He graduated with senior honors from Phillips Academy, Andover, and earned his B.A., cum laude, at Yale University.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>BARRY BYRD<\/strong>\u00a0is a partner at the law firm of Pineiro &amp; Byrd, P.A., in Palm\u00a0Beach County, Florida, specializing in real estate law. \u00a0He has practiced for\u00a0over 25 years. Barry has held leadership positions in numerous community\u00a0organizations and served as president of his area\u2019s Chamber of Commerce. \u00a0He\u00a0currently chairs both the Abacoa Partnership for Community and the Boys &amp; Girls\u00a0Club of Riviera Beach.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>NORAH MOLNAR<\/strong>\u00a0is a partner in the Cordatis LLP law firm in Washington, DC. with primary practice areas in insurance coverage, bid protests, and government contracts.\u00a0 Norah has personal experience in eldercare, and in addition serves as needed as a U.S. representative for a Beijing-based foster home caring for orphans with medical needs (negotiate fees, raise funds, assist with documentation requirements); she is fairly conversational in Mandarin Chinese.\u00a0 She is an alumna of the University of Virginia for both undergraduate and law degrees.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>CHAD TOMS<\/strong>\u00a0is a partner with Whiteford, Taylor &amp; Preston in Wilmington, Delaware, and serves as U.S. Fiduciary\u2019s primary Delaware-domiciled trustee.\u00a0 Chad heads up the Community Association practice on the DelMarVa peninsula and manages several of the firm\u2019s offices in that area.\u00a0 As such, he has extensive experience with board and director issues and real estate matters.\u00a0 He has been recognized as a rising star in\u00a0Delaware Super Lawyers.\u00a0 Chad is also a Certified Public Accountant.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>CRAIG TURK<\/strong>\u00a0is a political consultant and screenwriter in Los Angeles. \u00a0He graduated from Harvard College with high honors, pursued graduate studies in politics at Oxford University, and earned his law degree with honors at Harvard. Craig served as chief counsel of John McCain\u2019s presidential campaign and has practiced law in Washington and California.
